Teen Circle IG.jpg

No one teaches us how to navigate friendships, communicate feelings, or set boundaries — but these are skills that can change everything. Teen Circle is a space where teens can learn these skills, meet others who *get it*, and build confidence in a way that feels natural and fun. We're gathering interest for our next group — no pressure, just possibilities. To put your name on the list for the next available session, contact our admin team at 587-985-3132 or email info@balancepsychservices.ca.
