INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE Education and mental health support for survivors of intimate partner violence and their supporters. Led by Dr. Katherine Rolfe (Registered Psychologist) and Amanda Dewar (Registered Psychologist), this workshop honours your strength while providing professional support and guidance for your continued healing journey. FAMILIES OF SOLDIERS Empowering Military Spouses: Navigate, Connect, and Thrive Life as a military family comes with unique challenges and stressors that can often feel overwhelming. At Balance Psychological Services, we understand the complexities of this lifestyle and are excited to announce our upcoming workshop series: "Families of Soldiers". This 4-part workshop is designed specifically for spouses of Canadian Armed Forces members, aiming to provide valuable skills and coping strategies to navigate the stresses associated with military life. The first three sessions will focus on the spouses, while the fourth optional session includes children, addressing family dynamics as a whole.
